Window Tint is expensive
and unless you know what your getting, you could be throwing your
money out the window!
Thinking about going for that $99 deal, think about a
few things first. What film are they offering for that low price,
are you sure that's what you will have installed?
We only use high quality professional films. Some
places will not even tell you what type or brand of film they use.
We do not upsale or charge extra for different shades. The price you
pay is for the top line.
You may see a name brand film but what's in the box?
Any reputable installer will be happy to show you the roll of film.
On the inside of the roll, there is a sticker that shows the company
name of the film and the roll number, get what you pay for!
Is the company strictly window tint or an add on to
whatever else they do? Do they mostly do automotive tinting or do
they do flat glass or do they offer both? Consider this, a window
tint business needs quality to survive. An add on, like stereo or
detailing shop will just see you as extra cash and the
warranty, if it really exsists does not cover bad workmanship and
when their tinter leaves they bring in someone else so quality is
never consistent.
Anyone can offer a lifetime warranty on any film but
will they be there 3 months from now to take care of your
purple, bubbled, and/or peeling tint? Will they honor that warranty?
Want to take that chance? That's why you should use high quality
performance films and reputable installers. We have limited Lifetime
film warranties that vary so be sure to ask about which
coverage is available for you. Madico, Solargard & Llumar
offer lifetime film warranties (select films)across the
country, any authorized dealer can replace the film. A few extra
dollars is worth some peace of mind, so shop by
experience not a $20 dollar price difference.
Did you know that some tinters are bouncers
jumping from one shop to another and if they screw up all they have
to do is leave that shop or drop the company name
and open up with a new name. Some offer tinting from home
or even a parking lot and all you have is a cell phone
number. Same tinter+ new name= same disaster and no
warranty. We had the same name for over 4 years, tinting for 10
years PPF for 6 years.
Installation is another thing to consider.
Are you going to have light gaps, choppy cuts and less
than a 16th of an inch from the top of the window? Will they redo
your windows if your not satisfied, who will pay for stripping the
windows if there is a problem? Removing tint in most cases cost more
then the entire tint job. A four door car including the back
windshield can be as much as $300 to strip and clean then add
retinting the windows, expensive isn't it?
Considerable damage can occur if the installer isn't
knowledgeable about the surroundings. There are certain films made
for only that application, you can't put automotive film on your
home windows! Glass breakage & seal failure can occur if the
wrong film is used.
Sensitive electronics are hidden around cars and not
knowing where, can be a very costly mistake. Glass breakage,
door panels burned, or damaged gaskets. Those are just a few
possibilities, ask questions and shop around, not only for the best
price but a real proffessional
Dot matrix . The dot matrix is little black dots
or lines around the windows,it serves no purpose it's just
there! We can tint over the matrix but make no warranty as how long
it will last. It is different for every car, maybe it will stay on
or maybe peel off. Tinting over the matrix is not done unless
it is asked for and you understand the risks. Tinting behind the
third brake light is done by request, some cars will be done without
asking if it does not involve removing the rear deck. At the
owners request, we will tint a behind the brake light, the
installer will have to remove the seats rear deck and some
electrical connections,at an extra cost or take it to the dealer so
they can do it since they are the experts for that car or truck.
Paint
Protection:
Saves you money in the long run.
It increases the cars value, your cars paint will not suffer stone
chips or bug damage and it's removable. We use quality lifetime
warranty Venture film. We install custom wraps, standard and deluxe
kits. We have seen other installers leave out the most vulnerable
part of the car, the bumper. Maybe because they can't get the
pattern or they just can't do it, for whatever reason it's not worth
getting the paint protection without the bumper being
included.
We do black and white cars and every other color. Why
mention that? Because some shops can't or won't touch those colors
because to get a clean install is too difficult. Since these colors
show every defect in the install, why bother? It's not a problem
for Marco as he has proved it many times.
Cutting on the car is something only an experienced
installer should do. At times the patterns may not line up correctly
and need to be trimmed and to make it as perfect as
possible you have to cut the film on the car. If the
cut is too deep you will need a new paint job, with us you don't
have to worry about damage. We are licensed and insured up to
$1,000,000 |
